Job Description: This position requires a customer-service-savvy individual with energy and personality. The employee will be responsible for receiving facilities operations work order requests via telephone, email, and social media for the University of Houston Facility/Construction Management and entering the requests into the FAMIS facilities order management system. This program will operate on a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week basis, with both full-time and part-time operator schedules. This is an hourly and non-exempt position.

Experience and Education: Six months customer service, and operators must have basic computer literacy, and proficiency in the use of adaptive software (if necessary).

Job Description: This position will manage and supervise the day to day operations of our licensed Adult Day Program and Youth programming. Youth programs to include but not limited to swimming lessons, day camp and youth events.  This position will train, supervise and assign volunteers to programs working directly with clients enrolled in Lighthouse programs.

Experience and Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in health care management or a related field. CPR/First Aid certified. Clear criminal history check. Experience working with disabled individuals and/or the elderly . 1 to 2 years of program management and/or training experience.
